Data Processed

In relation to booking management and the guest area, the following data are processed: first name, surname, email address, phone number, nationality, stay dates, number of adults and children, any notes or special requests, messages, applied discount codes. For security purposes and abuse prevention, anonymous hashes derived from connection data are also stored (without retaining the IP address in plain text). Statistical access data are processed in aggregated and anonymised form. Guest documents may be requested for compliance with public security regulations.

Purpose of Processing

Data are used exclusively for booking management, guest communications and legal obligations.

Retention

Data are retained for the time strictly necessary for the stated purposes and, in any case, no longer than the periods set out in applicable regulations.

Data Subject Rights

You may exercise the rights provided by EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) by sending a request to the data controller’s email address.
