🪪 Guest documents: To comply with the obligations required by current public security regulations, before the stay or at check-in guests will be asked to send or show their identity documents. The data will be used solely for the mandatory communications to the competent authorities, processed according to the privacy policy, accessible only to the authorised administrator and not kept longer than necessary. Secure document upload will be available at a later stage.

↩️ Cancellation policy

100% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before arrival. 50% refund if you cancel at least 3 days before arrival. No refund is provided for later cancellations.

💳 Payment method: the balance is requested only after approval of the request by the owner. The deposit is a refundable amount, shown separately. (Online payment to be configured.)
